This form is to register as an F.O.T.I. student only. It is not to enroll in classes. Once you register as an F.O.T.I. student, you should log into the system and then click on ENROLL in order to sign up for a class. If you are already a registered F.O.T.I. student, login using the screen to the left. If you are NEW to F.O.T.I. just fill out the required fields below and click submit.
